Paddy Hewitt team GB

Post by smiling assassin »

Paddy had got a YouTube channel where he vlogs his life as a GB boxer. Very good watch to be honest and insightful of what these boys on GB get to do. These boys must be living out their dreams everyday.

The constant weight making is a problem for some there.

Yes, he beat my pal in the semis of the ABA's two years ago. Close fight.

Must be very difficult by the time they reach a final after boxing 3 days on the spin (if they’ve had hard bouts on the way to the final). The body must be crying out for more fuel to repair. To then box at the highest level for another 3x3s must take a toll on the body.

They have to hit targets all the time they're in Sheffield as well.

Didn’t know that mickey, have they always got to be within a certain % of their fighting weight?
