Dominating someone in your 30s is definitely “something.” A win when you are both 50 and retired change anything that.
And Floyd’s case was never just the 0.
I'd still rank Pacquiao ahead of Mayweather in an all time P4P sense even if Mayweather beats him for a 2nd time honestly, but I know the general public may not feel that way.
As a whole he has the edge on Mayweather as far as big fights, and big wins against Elite level competition, but we have to take into account that even in their 1st bout Manny was in his 7th weight class while Floyd was in his 4th. Floyd is the naturally bigger man than Manny by quite a bit.
Manny had already had a Hall of Fame career before he ever fought his 1st fight in the Welterweight division.
