Re: Heavyweight BK-pro rankings. What's happening?
Quantity of fights is irrelevant only quality of opposition counts.
Re: Heavyweight BK-pro rankings. What's happening?
Exactly! That's what I was saying above! You didn’t read my comment carefully. Those 3 are incomperably better than Khalidov, both in terms of quantity and QUALITY of their opposition!
* Perdomo in his last 3 bouts destroyed in two matches in a row (in less than 2 minutes) Arnold Adams - the ex two-time world BKFC champ, who was the world champ till 2023! Previously he destroyed the double WBA champ (Herelius) and WBC MT champ (Banks), both in less than 2 minutes. And all his victories are in BKFC, the world major BK organization.
* Fomichev defeated Gadzhi Navruzov (the former interim champion of Hardcore FC) by UD, outclassed with many knockdowns Baguzhaev (the BKB titleholder at that time), outclassed with many knockdowns Marcel Khanov (the Top Dog FC champion at that time), defeated German Skobenko (the WBA Asia title contender) by UD, and knocked out Robert Morrow from BKFC.
* Arlovski just defeated Ben Rothwell - the recent undefeated BKFC world champ (with 17 bouts in UFC).
* Rothwell himself knocked out last year Mick Terrill (the BKFC world champ at that time).
What has Khalidov (who's now fully focused on boxing) done in his brief BK "career"? His victory over Fomichev was only by "TKOInj" (Fomichev was unable to continue due to an injury), his other victory is over Ivan Smirnov (a guy with no titles and 8-4 in BK). That's it!
Since when the mediocre fighter Ivan Smirnov is a higher-quality opposition than the BKFC world champions (Adams, Rothwell, Terrill) that Perdomo, Arlovski and Rothwell defeated in the world major BK organization? What are your claims (about Khalidov having faced a higher-quality opposition) based on?
How come Khalidov is given a 2.5 rating and listed higher than Perdomo, Fomichev, Arlovski and Rothwell? For what?
It objectively makes ZERO sense at all.
