I think Floyd would win because Because Benitez wasn't really good when you forced him to take the lead. He was fast as hell with his upper body movement, and hand speed, but not as nimble with his legs. The advantage in the foot speed is going to be Floyd's crucial edge here. They're both counter punchers, but Floyd's foot speed means Benitez is the one who is going to have to take the lead which means Floyd is going to be making him fight his fight just like he does everybody. It'd be close every step of the way though due to Benitez's reflexes, hand speed and combination punching.

I'd favor Floyd to win a close, and debated decision.
