Imo I think cacace should still be unbeaten. If he's taken his camp seriously then his awkward style should win this. I've always really rated anto but needs win this and push on.

Anto needs to be careful early. Don't give bowen any encouragement.

CANCELLED - Akeem Ennis Brown vs Philip Bowes is off

Undefeated Akeem Ennis Brown's (13-0, 1 KO) dreams of making history went up in smoke today as his opponent wasn't cleared fit to fight.

24-year-old Ennis Brown – aka ‘Riiddy’ – was aiming to become the first boxer from Gloucester to win British and Commonwealth super-lightweight titles, but a cruel turn of events saw his dreams shattered as he was told on the day of the fight that his rival, Philip Bowes (20-3, 3 KOs), wasn't declared medically fit to enter the ring with him.

Bowes explained to his fans on social media, "It has come at the final moment, I’m truly devastated with the news I’ve just had regarding my fight, the doctor and Boxing Board of Control have ordered my British title fight tonight to be rescheduled due to me having blood in my urine which has come back as a result that I can not fight now. My health is most important so that’s my priority. However contact me for refunds. A lot of time and hard work has been put in so it’s very hard to take but ultimately health is everything. We hope to reschedule this fight next year. Apologies for all but this is the way it has to be. For anyone that has purchased tickets this will be reimbursed to you, apologies for the inconvenience but nothing I can do to change the decision."

The talented southpaw, signed to MTK Globl, who has already claimed WBC Youth, English and IBF European crowns, was equally devastated at the news, he said, "I am a professional and I ain't going to bitch and sulk, but no one is more pissed off than I am. Apologies to everyone."

The pair were due to lock horns at the historic 'Home of Boxing' York Hall in London's east end on Frday, November 29, but will now have to reschedule their title clash to 2020 instead.

Promoter Mickey Helliet also announced the news earlier today, "Just had some terrible news. The British and Commonwealth title fight between Philip Bowes & Akeem Ennis Brown that I was promoting tonight at York Hall is off due to a medical issue which only came to light at midday today. We are all devastated."
