Carlos Adames vs. Austin “Ammo” Williams - March 21, 2026
Re: Carlos Adames vs. Austin “Ammo” Williams - March 21, 2026
Williams came out, and gave an all out effort to begin the 6th round, seemingly hurting Adames briefly, but by the end of the end of the round Williams seemed gassed, and Adames was pouring it on.

68-64 to Adames after 7 on my card.
Re: Carlos Adames vs. Austin “Ammo” Williams - March 21, 2026
Adames has taken over the fight completely now, and Williams is on the run and just in survival mode in there.
77-74 Adames, I think he's gonna sweep it from here if he doesn't just stop Williams.

98-91 for Adames after 10, Williams needs a miracle or a haymaker here
Re: Carlos Adames vs. Austin “Ammo” Williams - March 21, 2026
Williams has come out, and given a desperate bid to back Adames up on a few more occasions since the 6th round. Each time his surge is shorter and shorter, and always Adames takes the round back over by the end and is handing out a beating to Williams.
107-101 Carlos Adames
It'll be all Williams can do to last the 12th. No way he can win.

Adames has a point deducted in the 12th for a low blow, but dominates the round otherwise.

117-109, give or take a point. But a dominant win to Adames

117-109 Adames, tough night at the office for Williams but Adames was really good I must say, dropped Williams start of the 2nd by doubling up the right hand, I thought Ammo recovered pretty well next couple rounds, he's got a sharp jab and quick counter left but any fight he had was beating out of him in the 5th, after that it was all Adames who walked him down, jabbed and stick that right cross into the face of Williams for the remainder of the fight, busted him up, uppercuts worked well too, apart from the rare burst Williams was in survival mode, Adames couldn't get the stoppage though, the point off in the last for Adames for low blows seemed to galvanize Williams slightly but Adames finished in control, a dominant win

I was pulling for Ammo Willliams.
Adames definitely way more polished fighter with defense and knowledge,
I do think in the round where Adames hit Ammo with a two punch combination below the belt that he did that intentionally and that took a lot of of Ammo Williams.
Was an interesting fight.

Interesting. I wonder if he'll go all in at SMW and vacate the WBC title or keep one foot in the MW division and hold on to the belt.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑23 Mar 2026, 17:27
