I can't imagine why he would though honestly. He's made more money off the Tyson fight, and this thing with AJ than most fighters ever would in their entire careers.
I think if I were him I'd be moving onto something else in life, but it's his call. I'll watch if he pursues a legit career as a Cruiserweight, but if he just goes back to novelty bouts I'm out.

If I were him I wouldn't continue fighting, but of course I wouldn't have taken the Joshua fight either. I don't know how deluded he is, but I think he's pretty far off the level needed to fight for a CW title. Given the money he brings I'm surre they could maneuver him into a title shot, but I'm sure he'd just take another beating.
My guess is that he'll be back in the ring. He does seem to genuinely like boxing.
There are still a 100s of millions out there for Jake if he plays it right.. but it is going to be a tricky swindle to play.

I think all of those options are completly sellable. If he wants any type of long term he will need to fight some no names for much less money inbetween (but good opportunity to showcase the fighters he promotes while keeping active.)
As a fighter, I can't imagine any real fan care to see him fight again. That fight sucked like all of his fights except the end. As a promoter of women's boxing, he is good at that and should stick to that. As for the WWE crap, who cares? I haven't watched that since I was a kid.

Paul made more money against Mike Tyson or Anthony Joshua than he could fighting for a cruiserweight belt. Badou Jack is rated No. 20 cruiserweight on BoxRec. Could Paul win against Jack? Firat Arslan is rated No. 13 and he is 55 years old which is remarkable, but maybe he is the only top 20 cruiserweight that Paul could defeat because of Arslan's age. However, Arslan looks at least a decade younger. I saw him in person at the WBA convention. He is a former WBA cruiserweight champion, although BoxRec does not show WBA world titles unless you pay for a subscription.
