Harrison 2/1 to beat Skelton

Post by TheGoods »

Billy Hills go 4/11 Skelton 2/1 Harrison. Prices seem about right given how they have shaped up over the last year or so. I think Audley is a live underdog here tho. His credibility is shot to shit and he's already been thrown out of the last chance saloon more than once, but styles makes fights and something tells me Harrison could at last come out of his shell in December.

Hmm doubt it. If Harrison wins it will be by picking and poking and pouring Water on his err lumbering.

I seriously can't see how Harrison will win. There is no way on earth he will outwork Skelton, and he's scared to let his hands go for fear of getting caught. With Skelton all over him from the opening bell I think he'll fall apart in the middle rounds.

But I just have a feeling Skelton being over him like a rash will force Harrison into fighting. Don't get me wrong I can't stand Harrison and was one of the people who threw their money away on his fight with Williams but remember he only started to let his hands go in that fight after he had been put on his arse - when he realised coasting wasn't an option. If Harrison can have Williams wobbling then i've no doubt he can do the same to Skelton.

Either way I still see Harrison as a live underdog

Skelton has a better chin than Williams for my money, Danny seems to wobble whenever someone connects with a flush shot these days.

I know you might think I'm mad but I'm gonna have a few quid on Audley to win on points, I think this is his last chance and he does have good boxing skills but carnt see him engaging with Skelton.
Skelton can be out boxed and I believe he will be.

Yeah, I think Harrison is a live dog. His style is probably more troublesome for Skelton than the 20 stone Williams' was.

Still think Skelton will get to him before the end, Skelton hits hard enough to nail Harrison - I don't think Aud does.

But, Harrison could be in the lead at the time.

Shop around mate,Hills are one of the poorest layers around.

I also never forgave them for paying out on the draw(instead of Barrera win)after Barrera/Juarez 1.

I'am gonna have a punt on Harrison.Don't really have an affinity for either fighter,so makes it more interesting when watching.

I'll be watching the fight because despite whatever I've said about Harrison since the Williams debacle I still find it kind of fascinating.

Can he really stink the place out and 'fight' like such a pussy again when his entire career is on the line?

As a former Olympic champion he surely has a better boxing pedigree than Skelton no matter what one might say about the derth in talent at the 2000 Olympics so can he bring that to bear?

Will Skelton rid us of Nancy Harrison once and for all?

Only Joking! :TU:

I can't see Harrison keeping Skelton off him and I think Harrison won't have much in the tank late on if he gets that far.
