Not sure about that one. Adeleye almost had Hrgovic out of there very briefly, something I don't think Clarke would ever be able to do.

I don't remember Hrgovic being in much bother but to make the same argument, Clarke pulled off a draw against world champ Wardley first time out whereas Adeleye was beaten for pretty much every second of every round prior to the stoppage. The second Wardley/Clarke fight was a different story of course. Clarke's best win is still Allen but I don't think Adeleye has a better one.

I thought Clarke beat Wardley. I think it took a lot out of him, though.

It took everything out of him, he's never been the same. There was no way TKV should have beaten Clarke, but he did.
