Good Hunter article

I know I'm totally biased but I honestly think people are underestimating Michael here. People are trotting out the same quotes as they were before the Pickering fight. "Too one-dimensional, suspect chin, too predictable, no power". The more I think about this one the more I fancy Mickey. Molitor is super smooth but Esham is/was also a great mover (though maybe not as slick). However Hunter found a way against Pickering. How is Molitor going to cope when Michael keeps marauding forward, not giving him a moment's peace, hitting him anywhere and everywhere with 2000 screaming locals hanging from the lighting? Also, people are taking it for granted that Molitor will arrive in top shape mentally and physically after his huge disappointment in South Africa. Boxing is a strange sport, with many fights won and lost in the mind and certainly in the gym. People take a while to get over such a choker as a last day world title pullout on another continent. Hows his training gone since (as I know for a fact he would have liked longer to prepare)? Loads of imponderables. one thing is 100% though and that's that Hunter will be in the best shape of his life and will have to be knocked unconscious before he even CONSIDERS giving this up.

:TU: i agree with the goods, hunter is under estimated, and i think its far from an easy fight, but he wil get through it and be IBF champ.

Nice piece, indeed. Can't bloody make the fight.

However, I do question the veracity of the quotes. How on earth can you have a Hunter interview without "I'm looking for a good tear up!"

Go on, the scourge of Hartlepool bouncers!!! :box: :TU:
