Tommy Hyde record and next fight

Perhaps there's a good reason for this, but I noticed Tommy Hyde's next fight on April 18th at the Parochial Hall in Cork isn't listed, and when I read a press release about the fight it mentioned it would be his 15th bout (boxrec currently only lists 13 pro fights on his record).

Another article then mentions Hyde beating Paul Valenzuela at the same venue back in November.

Are these bouts not sanctioned as they should be or has this just gone over boxrecs radar ?

Tommy’s 15th and 16th fight where legitimate fights that are fight fax but because of fall out with irish boxing boss who is trying hard to limit Hyde’s career has told boxrec not to post record because only he can put on shows in Ireland which is not true hopefully boxrec can post his last 2 fights with a licenpro legit boxing commission I seen shows in Columbia in a gym with 5 people watching and that was on box rec but 2 big show in cork Ireland deos not
