Benn controlled the fight throughout for the most part.

99 to 91 Benn

I deeply appreciate Regis for standing in there for the distance on an obviously injured leg and winning my bets for me with his toughness :TU:

If Benn is going to keep getting paid stupid money surely he has to fight a live body soon, and then we will see him Knocked spark out

As a chief support for a bill of this size that was shambolic. Belonged down the bill at the York Hall.

The fact that Benn couldn't look any better than this against a one legged Jr. Welterweight pretty much shows where he's at in comparison to world level opposition.

I don’t think the career break was good for Benn. 5 fights since and no knockouts.

Got to be a recent injury - look at how limited his movement is. Disappointed in Ward dismissing the rumours when he definitely knows better.
He called it wear and tear
Yep, which is nonsense. Fighters lose their reflexes etc, but someone of Ward's knowledge and experience can see that Progais' movement is clearly compromised by some form of specific injury.
Looks like he needs a hip replacement!.

The reason I love watching him is part of that.

Doesn’t move his feet aside from closing. Doesn’t defended with his hands or his feet. Defends with his shoulders, head, hands or elbows. Proper old school.

He’s lost that fight but I just love his old school slick southpaw style and his commitment to a body attack

He’s one of my favourite styles ever, I understand if anyone feels differently

The knockouts stopped when the level of competition went up. That happens to a lot of guys that reach their limit.

They always use Lennon in Japan now. He was on the Nasukawa vs Estrada card earlier today over there. I'll bet he'll be the Ring Announcer for Inoue vs Nakatani

Announcing the AJ fight after and wearing Hatton trunks is Fury going to get chinned tonight? Could be interesting if he takes to Fury early.

Not at all mate, he’s gonna get matched perfectly from now on. Too much of a ticket seller and not a very good boxer at world level.

No way Fury loses this fight. No way. After three rounds, it'll be target practice,
