For f*cks sake they have that referee back for a 2nd week in a row? That asshole should've never worked a big fight again for the rest of his life.

Ah ok
Re: Round-by-Round: Tyson Fury vs. Arslanbek Makhmudov | Netflix - 11 April 2026
I don't necessarily think he could beat Ryan either, but he's got a much better chance against him than he does against Boots or Haney or Fundora or Vergil Ortiz or any of those guys.
Ryan and him are kinda similar. Guys that are more interested in being famous fighters than good ones.

This is so ugly from mak. But it wins him the round.
Gunna get warned though surely he can’t keep doing that.

Fury lacking physicality but landing some lovely counters

But that's literally the only similarity. Garcia clearly the bigger puncher and better boxer.gilgamesh wrote: ↑11 Apr 2026, 17:08I don't necessarily think he could beat Ryan either, but he's got a much better chance against him than he does against Boots or Haney or Fundora or Vergil Ortiz or any of those guys.

Dave Allen watching on and fancying a rematch.
He’s just a poor mans Tyson Fury anyway.

Can boxers actually hear when promoters are shouting instructions.
Always see it with some promoters.
Surely the boxer only wants to hear his corner scream at him.

Makh seems to recognize his only chance at a win is a homerun punch, and he's fighting like it. Winning rounds doesn't seem to be on his mind at all. Which is probably a good thing because that would've been a lost cause anyhow.
