Why is this thread always active? Haye hasn't been talking about a comeback in a long time has he?

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see David fight again on a Misfits show.

I worked on and off for about six years an off ".. As the phrase goes he loved a pound note.

Numerous failed businesses cost him a lot of money ... can anyone remember the protein shake he launched. That lost him a few quid as did the launch of his DVD.

He lost a fair few quid to the papers due to transgressions in his private life.

But what cost him the most was the loss of millions in a failed attempt to open up a luxury gym in Dubai.

David was extremely generous but was a
Nightmare to work for

I remember him offering boxing training for some silly amount of money a few years ago, that didn’t seem to last long

Haye conned enough money out of the public. He stole a living with the Mark DiMoris and Arnold Gerjais, not to mention the amount of people he conned into buying the Klitschko fight where he ran and then got his little toe out after the fight. I haven't even mentioned the Harrison debacle. Getting done by a mouthy annoying guy like Bellew was a fitting end to his career. I wouldn't want to see him scamming a living again by doing Misfits or whatever. We already have enough bullsh*t boxing fights going on.

Not while the Klitschkos were at the top. I always thought Chris Arreola would have been a good choice for him in Vegas.

David has always said controvesial things and also set himself up as a bit of a "bad guy" when doing punditary - didn't he go for Wilder even in the third fight with Fury.

But I do fear that this jungle visit and aftermath might mean his punditry opportunities on more "main stream" platforms - like Netflix, Dazn etc will run dry - even though it sounds like he has been badly edited and has had a bit of a bad hand, he just needs to STFU. He is starting to come across that he cannot take it either, which is ironic given that is the point of his argument.

This is not a good financial decision. Imagine the crux of your argument being TV editing. Pretending not to understand that all reality programmes are edited. And… er… David you also said those things, and it’s on tape.

Having said that I like the way Haye speaks his mind and doesn’t get intimidated into toeing the line by media / political pressure. He’s had some good quotes over the years 😂👍🏼

My missus bought me Haye’s boxercise DVD, think she paid about 2 quid for it in HMV. Can’t have cost too much to film as looked like it was filmed in a warehouse on a single morning, although I suppose he wouldn’t have made much on it.

Aside from Itv covering themselves contractually,ie editorial control,I think it's wishful thinking that Haye has a brand worth £10 million

Spud I remember Haye several years ago saying he had a camera crew filming him over a number of years behind the scenes and he was going to release it at some point, was this true?
