What's everyone think will happen in this fight. Munyai is 1/2 favourite over Haskins 6/4. I like Haskins.

I just see Haskins getting outworked and outclassed in this one. Think we may see him get frustrated when his shots aren't knocking Munyai down (seemed untroubled by anything Power could throw at him) and it will be interesting to see how he stands up to shots at the higher weight.

I like Haskins but am really looking forward to seeing Munyai again, be interesting to see the height difference once they are in the ring together

It will be a real test for the 'hamed clone'.

Is haskins style effective even against such a rangy, awkward customer?

I think he will have difficulty negating the reach advantage and can see it becoming a bit messy as he leaps in to shorten the distance.

I hope I am wrong because I like Lee and think he is an entertaining little man but I think he may just come up short here. 'Scuse the pun.

Yeah I think Haskins will need a better grasp of the basics to overcome Munyai. Respect to him taking the fight and I hope that a loss this early against such an opponent won't be too damaging towards him (in both selling him and his obvious self confidence).

Was chuffed to see Munyai come over and beat Power (couldn't warm to him after the Robinson headbutt) and would love to see him go on and have a successful career. Also like Haskins though and like his desire to be a proper world champ. Great fight

cheers, the CHEATING B***ARD got what he deserved. in a selfish way hope lee loses and returns to flyweight and fights me for British.

Well that's the thing, Haskins has little to lose and much to gain. If he gets outclassed and loses, it's presumably back down to FLyweight for some good matches that could easily involve the British title.

If he wins, and if his power improves when moving up he has a fair chance of winning, more doors open up for him. It's all good experience in my opinion and not a bad move by Haskins.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lee gets outclassed and stopped in 9/10 rounds or with improved strength and power (because his fitness is very good) takes a well earned points win.

It's a close one and intriguing.

I've had a decent bet on Haskins. I feel it's just possible that people are reading too much into the Power win. For me Martin should not have taken that fight so soon after boxing Argie. There is a lot to like about Haskins and after napping Jamie Moore last week and Witter the week before, I'm hoping my recent upturn in gambling fortunes continues!

Cant see Haskins winning this one - He has poor defence and against a man with such a big reach advantage it will be too much for him - I think a stoppage around 6-7 is likely - Another British scalp for the atomic spider.

Looking at the record of Munyai before the Power fight he was pretty much untested. We've had African fighters before that look the part in one fight then don't follow it up again.

in Haskins last fight, he tried to blast the guy out in a couple of rounds, only to fail, then lose confidence and style as the fight went on. It was only good corner work which got him on track again. I think stepping up in weight might be an advantage for Haskins, I feel that this fight is in his hands , as long as Haskins concentrates on doing the correst boxing, throwing 2 and 3 punches at a time, he's not going to take this guy out with one shot.

Haskins by a very slim verdict, maybe split.

Munyai was too good. Haskins was outclassed, not ready for that level.

I should've known you was a bad omen!

I thought he won the first round comfortably with the classier punching and just nicked the second but also Munyai didn't really assert himself until the 3rd, that's when Haskins started getting battered. He had no chance.

Yes very conclusive defeat for Haskins, but wasn't Lee honest in defeat? No silly excuses and told it how it was.

As several of the posters on here suspected Haskins was a little out of his depth and did get outclassed. His lack of basics hampered him badly. I was wincing by the 6th round.

No reason why he can't come back at domestic level though. Sooner see him back down at Flyweight, but if it's no possible so be it.

yeah a fight with robbo would still sell, although I could see more bodyshots coming his way in that one. came across well at the end but acted like a nobhead at the end of some of the rounds, didn't see any need for it.

munyai is class though and I hope we get to see more of him over here and he doesn't disappear for a year or so.

To be fair to Haskins he was simply trying to offer his glove at then end of the round in a sporting gesture and the other guy just give him evil glances in return, then Haskins lost his cool.

I want to see every title defense that Munyai makes. This guy could be something special.

Haskins looked pretty good in the first 2 rounds. But when he started missing his left hand, and fell off balance, it was plain that Munyai was going to get him.

Lee needed to feint Munyai into being defensive, then hit him somewhere else, before moving away & starting again. But Munyai was just too big, too strong, too accurate & too composed. Really impressive fighter.
