Light fly and Minimum.
Which decade where he challenged twice for the WBO title and once for the IBF title?
Late 90's onwards. He's British.

I think this one is too easy......

1. Won the WBC title on a DQ.
2. Won his first defence by DQ.
3. Lost his second defence by KO.
4. All three fights were against the same opponent.

5. Won his national Light Heavyweight Championship
6. Regained his national Heavyweight Championship
7. Retained his national Light Heavyweight Championship, won his national Cruiserweight Championship and retained his national Heavyweight Championship (all in the same fight)

Tony Mundine (Anthony's dad), who beat a Hall of Famer in Emile Griffith, but lost to another Hall of Famer in Carlos Monzon for Monzon's WBA Middleweight title fight. Throughout his career, Mundine won the Australian Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, Cruiserweight and Heavyweight Championship. Mundine did regained his Australian Heavyweight Championship and he retained his Australian Light Heavyweight and Australian Heavyweight titles and won the Australian Cruiserweight title in the same fight.

Next up, name two boxers.

1. Fighter A was a 3 time WBC champion.
2. Fighter B challenged for WBC and WBO titles
3. A and B fought each other 5 times.

Who are A and B?

Was Fighter A a 3-time WBC champion in the same or different division?

Which weight division Fighter B challenged for the WBC and WBO titles?

Fighter A is my fellow Scorpio, "The Hackney Rock" Dennis Andries, who was the 3-time WBC Light Heavyweight Champion.

Fighter B is Tom Collins who challenged Jeff "The Hitman" Harding for his WBC Light Heavyweight title and Leeonzer Barber for his WBO Light Heavyweight Title, which Collins was unable to beat both of them.

Both Dennis Andries and Tom Collins fought each other for a rare 5 times with Andries dominated Collins in that series 4-1.

Another easy one.

1. This boxer challenged unsuccessful for WBO, WBA, WBC and IBF titles in separate fights.
2. Had three straight fights against two Hall of Famers. Lost all three inside the distance.

Andrew Golota, who failed to win the WBC, IBF, WBA and WBO Heavyweight title.

Golota had fought two Hall of Famers in three straight fights by losing to Riddick Bowe twice on DQ in both bizarre fights and he was stopped by Lennox Lewis in the first round in his first failed challenge for Lewis' WBC Heavyweight Title. Golota drew with Chris Byrd for his IBF Heavyweight Title, lost a decision to John Ruiz for his WBA Heavyweight Title and was stopped by Lamon Brewster in the first round for his WBO Heavyweight Title.

:TU: That was good. Golota always seemed to find a way to lose. To be fair, he should have got the decision against Ruiz. Would have been interesting how much better people would think of him if he had.

Thank guys I appreciate it. For Golota's fight against Ruiz for his WBA Heavyweight title, I thought he won the fight after knocking Ruiz down twice and outpunching him. :TU:

Plus Ruiz had a pointed deducted. The scores were 113-112, 114-111, and 114-111.
This translates into one judge giving Ruiz 8 of the 12 rounds, and the other two gave Ruiz 9 of the 12 rounds. In a fight where Ruiz did next to nothing all night. Wow.

Amazing that Andries and Collins fought 5 times. You would think by the time it was 3-1, there would no interest in a 5th fight.
