That sounds like free marketing. You could just water down some of the more extreme parts or reach out to those whose stories you have and ask them for permission.

Did you get to meet the Klitschko's on your travels? If so, how did they come across? They've always seemed like good guys to me. Easy to forget what a big puncher Wlad was.

I was pleased to read that Clinton Woods and Dennis Hobson are such decent people. That's the impression I have always had of them.
