The term doesn't even make sense. The "istan" suffix just means "land of" (i.e. Afghanistan is "land of afghans") so this means "land of London" or I guess "land of Londoners".

"Canuckistan" for Canada makes much more sense and is much funnier.

One area in a small town had floods of eastern Europeans coming in from mis 2000's onwards.

Most of the White British people in that area, started to move on, or go to a nearby area..

and now if you drive through, all the shops, bakeries, take aways are eastern euro.. the usual flag banners etc.
