Would you have any advice on how to learn boxing while also gaining muscle?
Hello everyone. I have an ectomorphic build, am six feet tall, and weigh 148lbs. During my beginner benefits period, I believe I gained 20lbs. Then, my weight gain hit a plateau. Meanwhile, I've never been involved in boxing. I signed up for a local gym with the idea of beginning training. Because I enjoy boxing, I intend to pursue it as a pastime rather than train professionally on all fronts. I did it because I wanted to be as athletic as possible while also pleasing my former slim body type. I also want to build up my own muscles. How do I manage my training program? Currently, I workout my muscles five times a week, focusing on two areas at each session. Because I'm a hardgainer, I'm frightened of losing the muscle I've worked so hard to build. In fact, every week that I go without strength training, I lose some strength and muscle. I would like to ask those of you who have relevant experience to advise me on what I should do.
