Moses Jolly the next big thing in heavyweight boxing.

Post by HellraiserBoxing »

Huge big night coming up for my man Moses Jolly. He's trained so hard for this. Sparring, fitness Strength & Conditioning. Great preperation that will lead to him having the best chance of performing well on the night. Watch out for Jolly to tear up the heavyweight division. The fun starts now!

Best of luck. 6ft 6 and can bang, happy days. Really marketable name too! Who can’t get behind someone with that name!

Jolly needs to step it up. He is fighting cab drivers and it is hard to gauge where he really is

Will Hpwe is not decent. the guy is rated #402 by Boxrec. Another cab driver

I think the language of the first post made this appear more significant than it is. For "the next big thing in British boxing", Will Howe is not a decent opponent. However, for Moses Jolly who looks like he could possibly get to the level fighting for a British belt one day at very best, this isn't a bad regional level opponent. Not one to blow out of proportion though.

No, he's far from just a cab driver. I've seen him live loads of times.

Well from the times I have watched Howe I was not impressed.
I don't see his career going anywhere

I never said it would. He's far from useless, though. Cab driver to me means on a par with the Latvians they bring in to fall over.

Didn't see the fight but Jolly won 77-75. Not spoke to anyone yet but he must have done ok for a cab driver.

I see Garth Noot won on the undercard.

That bloke seems like a bit of a character.

Had a few fights in his homeland of South Africa, then takes nine years off & resurfaces in Wales.

Fit as a flea & won his last two :D

I read Mickey Helliet saying Howe was super fit and dragged Jolly into his fight. I'll probably see Howes manager soon.

I watched it, both really went for it, enjoyable fight.
With the quality at heavy in Britain at the mo, neither are top 20 fighters, area title level

I can only comment on Howe and I agree. He sparred Atang and Arlo Stephens for this and I knew he was up for it. I defended him because the cab driver comment was lazy and inaccurate.
