Harrison Barker. Very tough kid. Got to a national youth final and always given the top kids wars in the championships. 75kg is hard up here, he boxed Oli Male twice and Robert Dunn. I speak with Hammy all the time. Still gutted about the nationals but he’s doing Haringey. He’s good enough to go to British level for me but I don’t know who’ll sign him.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑28 May 2026, 17:32whats your guys name? any word on hamilton joyce's plansmickey1975 wrote: ↑28 May 2026, 17:03Allen. I think they’re doing ringside at £90 and a vip at £150. Floor 45 balcony 30.

Just another journeyman for Allen Mick? Or can we expect someone like Dan Garber. I'm saying Dan Garber as I messaged Dan and asked him if he was going to fight Dave. All I got was a 'like' on the post.mickey1975 wrote: ↑28 May 2026, 18:08I think they’re doing ringside at £90 and a vip at £150. seems very pricey for this level? unless they got some good fights on the rest of the card, but ususally allen's knockover jobs seem like pretty minor cardsmickey1975 wrote: ↑28 May 2026, 18:08I think they’re doing ringside at £90 and a vip at £150. Re: Dave Allen vs. Viktar Chvarkou - 20 June 2026
If I was managing Dave Allen, I'd give him a run of ten winnable fights against Viktar Chvarkou-level opponents over the next two or three years, build up his record (Mark De Mori-style), then cash out with a shot at the WBA "Regular" title or a similarly sh#t belt.
He'd likely get stopped within a few rounds (due to engaging in another mismatch), but it would at least give him a decent retirement farewell payday for a stadium-filling fight in his hometown of Doncaster.
I know what I’ve said seems harsh, but Dave has taken a lot of punishment, was never a top-level heavyweight, and spent much of his career being used to build up other fighters.
He also admitted not that long ago that he'd lost his hunger for boxing. And he’s already retired twice from the sport.
At this stage, I think he's only fighting for the money – the very likeable guy hasn’t got any confidence in himself to achieve anything meaningful. So he might as well build a hefty retirement pot before he hangs up his gloves and takes up boxing punditry.

He certainly won't be fighting for money in Rotherham, and I wager he will be paying the journeyman opponents wages too.Eolaithe wrote: ↑29 May 2026, 14:26 If I was managing Dave Allen, I'd give him a run of ten winnable fights against Viktar Chvarkou-level opponents over the next two or three years, build up his record (Mark De Mori-style), then cash out with a shot at the WBA "Regular" title or a similarly sh#t belt.

Again in Donny, I would again say if his fight is 4 or 6 rounds undercard, he will be paying his opponents wages and not earning himself.
Not a chance Dave will be on the payroll in Rotherham.

The 150 is pricey. The 90 and 45 are standard. The 30 is very cheap. You wont see many 30's even at small hall. They're usually 50/60 starting point.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑29 May 2026, 13:59seems very pricey for this level? unless they got some good fights on the rest of the card, but ususally allen's knockover jobs seem like pretty minor cardsmickey1975 wrote: ↑28 May 2026, 18:08I think they’re doing ringside at £90 and a vip at £150. Well, you jumped straight from X and got it completely wrong.... Daves allocation for the bout on June 20th have sold out, the show itself hasn't and other boxers have them. Could cost the fighters sales posting like that.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑29 May 2026, 17:17I know pal. You said you ‘think’ they were the prices.

Instagram actually. His post says his tickets anyway.
Are the other boxers advertising on Boxrec? Which boxers are they? I’d love to help promote them.
