An interesting regional scrap. I feel this is a must-win fight for Brown, who is a decent prospect but can't afford another stumble, and a step up in competition for Viera, who will have a chance to significantly increase his profile with a win.

Ends in a 8 round split draw, never scored but I fancied a draw tbh, poor fight, low level, Brown was more workmanlike, trying to work off his jab and coming over with the right but not that effective, Viera had some good bursts but didn't sustain them and done it only once or twice a round, too often he just pressed without throwing, close rounds, very samey and not a lot of quality to go on , it ended in a draw with one card even, the other edging Brown and bizarrely a shut out card for Viera which looked nuts
