Oshae Jones-Elia Carranza rematch to top MVPW-04 on June 13

Oshae Jones will defend her IBF junior middleweight title against Elia Carranza on June 13 at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida on MVPW-04, the latest women's show to be staged by MVP.

Jones, 28, can boast a spotless 9-0 (3 KOs) record. This will mark her first appearance as an MVP fighter after signing with the group in January. The contest with Carranza, 11-2 (3 KOs), is an immediate rematch of Jones' split decision victory last July.

Tiara Brown, the 20-0 (11 KOs) WBC featherweight beltholder, is one half of the co-main event in which she will defend her belt, and be expected to win, against Hannah Rapp, 8-01 (5 KOs).

A third world title fight was confirmed in the shape of IBF and WBO light flyweight boss Evelin Bermudez, 22-1-1 (8 KOs), taking on Estefany Alegria Osorio, 14-1 (4 KOs).

Other fights on the card include appearances for WBA junior bantamweight titlist Jasmine Artiga, a professional debut for Jully Poca and the return of Keno Marley.

The event will be broadcast by ESPN+ and, in the UK, Sky Sports.

Oshae Jones-Elia Carranza II headlines MVPW 04 June 13

IBF 154-pound champion Oshae Jones and Elia Carranza will rematch in the main event of MVPW 04 at Caribe Royale in Orlando on June 13.

MVP announced Jones (9-0, 3 KOs) versus Carranza (11-2, 3 KOs) will be one of four title fights on the card, which will be broadcast on ESPN+.

WBC featherweight champion Tiara Brown faces Hannah Rapp, and WBO, WBA, and IBF 108-pound champion Evelin Bermudez will face Estefany Alegria. WBA 115-pound champion Jasmine Artiga will also be on the card against an opponent TBC.

MVP added that two-time Brazilian Olympian Keno Marley (1-0), Gabriela Tellez (7-0, 3 KOs) and Jordan Orozco Hernandez (16-0, 16 KOs) will also be on the card.

Jones, a U.S. bronze medalist in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, beat Carranza by split decision in their first fight on July 25. Neither fighter has fought since their first meeting. Jones, 28, is The Ring’s No. 2-ranked junior middleweight.

Brown (20-0, 11 KOs), of Fort Myers, Florida, will be making the second defense of her title. In her lone title defense, she beat Emma Gongora by unanimous decision on September 20. Brown, 37, won the title by upsetting Skye Nicolson by split decision in March 2025 in Australia and is The Ring's No. 1-rated featherweight.

Rapp (8-0-1, 5 KOs) is coming off a third-round stoppage of Viridiana Rivera Morales on February 24.

Bermudez (22-1-1, 8 KOs) will be making her promotional debut with MVP. The 29-year-old from Argentina stopped previously unbeaten Sara Bailey in the first round on September 20 and has won five straight fights since suffering the lone defeat of her career.

Osorio (14-1, 4 KOs) will be making her U.S. debut after fighting exclusively in her home country of Mexico. Osorio, 26, won a secondary WBC title in her last fight, a unanimous decision against Danna Paola Alaniz Cid.

Tiara Brown and Oshae Jones to make world title defences against Hannah Rapp and Elia Carranza on June 13 MVP bill

Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions will stage a bill on June 13 at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida featuring four world title fights; WBC featherweight champion Tiara Brown boxes Hannah Rapp and IBF super-welter titlist Oshae Jones rematches Elia Carranza

Tiara Brown and Oshae Jones will put their world championships on the line against Hannah Rapp and Elia Carranza on June 13 at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida.

WBC featherweight titlist Brown, who has beaten Skye Nicolson and could be a future opponent for Britain's Ellie Scotney, will box Hannah Rapp.

"I'm going to show the world why I should never be overlooked and taken lightly," Brown said.

Jones, the IBF super-welterweight belt-holder and an Olympic bronze medallist, will rematch Elia Carranza after the champion's split decision victory over her last year.

Also on the Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) bill, Tampa's WBA super-flyweight world champion Jasmine "Animal" Artiga will make a third world title defence against a to-be-named opponent.

Rounding out the main card, unified WBO, WBA, and IBF light-flyweight champion Evelin Bermudez of Argentina makes her promotional debut against Mexico's IBF No 1 contender Estefany Alegria.

Oshae Jones said: "This isn't just another fight for me; it's a moment to help elevate the sport, inspire the next generation, and create opportunities that will change countless lives. I'm proud to be part of something that is pushing women's boxing to new heights and making history."

Joining the card, MVP's undefeated Brazilian boxer and influencer Jully Poca, the most-followed active female boxer in the world, will make her professional debut. Also on the undercard will be MVP's two-time Brazilian Olympian Keno Marley and Boxlab Promotions' undefeated Gabriela Tellez and Jordan Orozco Hernandez.

"MVPW-04 is another powerful statement from MVP as the definitive global powerhouse in women's boxing, as we continue to showcase the deepest, most elite roster in the sport," said Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, co-founders of Most Valuable Promotions.

"This card embodies exactly what MVPW was built for: high-stakes, world championship matchups featuring the best fighting the best.

"This event also proudly shines an international spotlight on Brazil's boxing scene, featuring the highly anticipated professional debut of Jully Poca and the return of two-time Olympian Keno Marley.

"We look forward to bringing another unforgettable night of MVP boxing back to Orlando."

Tiara Brown and Hannah Rapp to Compete for the Historic WBC 2026 Freedom Belt

On June 13, WBC Featherweight World Champion Tiara Brown will defend her crown against undefeated challenger Hannah Rapp at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida,

It’s a bout that carries significance beyond the world title itself, as the WBC 2026 Freedom Belt, titled “Unbroken Legacy – Juneteenth Freedom Day,” will also be at stake.

Officially unveiled by the World Boxing Council, this commemorative belt pays tribute to Juneteenth, the date that marks the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates the values of freedom, human dignity, resilience, and equality. Since its creation in 2021, the belt has become one of the most important special recognitions awarded by the Green and Gold heirachy.

The 2026 edition, named “Unbroken Legacy,” features an artistic narrative honoring generations who preserved their identity, culture, and hope in the face of adversity. The design incorporates elements inspired by African traditions, colors associated with freedom, and a central figure symbolizing resilience, justice, and emancipation. It is also surrounded by international flags representing the unity of nations through sport.

The belt was designed and crafted by Imperio de Metal, combining handcrafted leatherwork, enamel detailing, and multi-layered metal structures that reflect the world-renowned quality of Mexican craftsmanship.

The bout between Brown (20-0, 11 KOs) and Rapp (8-0-1, 5 KOs) continues and reinforces a tradition that began when Jermell Charlo captured the first Freedom Belt by defeating Juan Macías Montiel. The honor was later awarded to the Russell brothers in tribute to their father and trainer, Gary Russell Sr., while in 2025 it was won by Franchón Crews-Dezurn following her victory over Citlali Ortiz.

Now, Brown and Rapp have the opportunity to write a new chapter in the history of this iconic belt, which represents not only sporting excellence but also the WBC’s ongoing commitment to inclusion, equality, and universal respect.
