He just doesn't want to go 0-1 in a War, but it doesn't seem there's any way he can avoid it.

Well if the Strait isn't opened soon the U.S. will deplete it's oil reserves and then the shit will really hit the fan.

Oh it'll be opened.

And then it'll closed....and then it'll be opened...and then it'll be closed....and then it'll be open....and then it'll be closed.

And all the while the Stock market will go up and down, and the people who are in control of these kinds of things and their friends can make a fortune can't they.

The North Vietnamese paid a heavy price, but they won that war. The Vietnamese beat both the French and American militaries.

Iran is making Trump suffer. They know they have him on the ropes. There is no easy access for Trump from this war. It will still be haunting him when he leaves office.

The Iranians might not be powerful, but they are pretty smart and think many moves ahead. One just wishes the regime wasn't so violent towards its own citizens. Nobody is going to help them any time soon.

Which makes us quadruply sad about Trump's efforts because they have done nothing but make life harder for the Iranian general population.

Pretty much the same could be said about the grifter's efforts in the USA.

I didn't like to say that Vietnam won, I was trying to be conciliatory

The US was like Liston complaining of a bum shoulder. We didn't come out for the 7th round.

My father in law was a Captain in the Royal Laos Army & fought alongside the US troops.

He wasn't very complimentary about their tactics & general behaviour.

Saying that, he also liked trump Mark 1 so there you go.

An estimated 15+ million people attended the funeral ceremonies for the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran. A world record gathering for a funeral. Can only imagine the number if he hadnt been so deeply unpopular among his people.

Ceasefire is over. So I assume the Strait of Hormuz is still not open? :maybe:

Looks like the Iranians are going to drag this out into the midterms.
