According to Randy De La O, Frank "Kiki" Baltazar. a prominent member of the Southern California boxing community and the father of three professional boxers, Frank Jr.. Tony and Bobby, has passed away. I hope that Frank's family and friends accept my condolences.

We had some great chats in the American West Coast boxing thread.

Always enjoyed reading his posts. He seemed like a nice guy, and was rightly very proud of his sons. RIP.
