someone on the other forum said this fight is off as dohrty pulled out.does anyone know if this is true? kev, ian?.

You are correct, Doherty has pulled out. Draw your own conclusions.

Rumour has it that a couple of well known names in the top 15 turned down an offer to take the fight at short notice. Unofficially Kel may be fighting Duncan Cottier.

As you can expect Kel was really looking forward to this fight. BUT watch this space

well as long as he fights.first nelson then burns now doherty.it gets worse everyday.

I agree. Don't forget Johnny Nelson but who can blame him, he's got it made as a TV personality. I know which I would prefer after 59 fights and at 39 years of age.

I'm led to believe that Doherty cut his hand which required stitches...in an incident with a video tape.

It's also being rumoured that Facey vs Hall will be called off too. This match-up seems to have been touted for every SN show for the last year.
