I don’t get the argument that AJ returned too quickly. He was caught within 20 seconds of the fight, no time to see what he was like. As a side note I do think this just highlights how much crap boxers talk, that he’s learnt so much after the Usyk fight, how he’s training harder than ever etc because he was almost flattened by a unknown fighter who hasn’t beaten anyone. AJ said in an interview afterwards that’s he’s learnt a lot from the Prenga fight!! How much can you learn, he’s boxed thousands of rounds as a fighter, been an Olympian and former HW champ but he’s now learning something new when his career is coming to an end. But we see this all the time, fighters claiming all sorts, Joyce was saying he’s going to show all the new skills he’s learnt and he ends up looking worse than ever.

Boxers who delay the fight with their rival until they are at the tail end of their career should be absolutely embarassed because it's obvious both were ducking.

Floyd & Pacman
Khan vs Brooke
Fury vs Joshua

None wanted to risk a loss against their rival and so harm their career until they were just about voer. Pathetic and spineless.

Which, big credit to fighters who face their rivals in their prime--Eubank Jr is a knobhead, but he stepped up to face each of his rivals--Billy Bob, Groves, Conor Benn etc.

I paid for the top two, still feel like a mug.
Should really let it go I guess.
Not going to do that again.
If it's a good fight I'll watch it later for free.

We've seen fights being 'marinated' go wrong, where boxers lose a tune up

Mayweather - Pacquaio was a justified buy I reckon, obviously well past its ideal date but was still a massive fight and both guys were still elite level. A far cry from the other fights on your list

I wonder if this was the reason Jake Paul took him on, maybe word around the gyms was AJ was shot and JP took a gamble he could cause a huge upset.

Be interesting to see how many rounds Paul would last against Prenga

Isn't it on Netflix gold or premium or something you have to pay extra for?
It's not just with the general subscription is it?

There's only Netflix. There isn't a Premium version of Netflix.

Based on recent performances, I give AJ a 1 in 10 chance of winning.
