FairPlay to him for winning but Simpson doesn’t seem to have come on much if at all. Bullying a naturally smaller much older man is all well and good but he won’t get anywhere near world level with that kind of performance.

Doub.t he,ll be able to sort out punch resistance . But he,ll definetly be able to sort out . Carrying hands low . Throw a jab and drop the right hand . Throw a right and drop the left a d numerous other basic novice mistakes a top level guy SHOULD NOT BE DOING . Basically at that level heavyweight anyone can get clobbered and hurt . AJ gets clobbered because he relys on his power his defence is shit . Aj should be a poster boy of how not to do stuff that's what he gets when he leaves good coaches to go train with mates . I always thought that Bunny Johnson winning British titles at Heavy then Lightheavy was an impressive achievement.

Bunny would have been absolutely deadly at the old 13st 8lbs Cruiser limit unfortunately that wasn't introduced until near the end of his career.

People say Bunny’s spars with the Heavyweights of his time were incredible and he was a cracking fighter for sure.
