I'd have to favor Bowe in this fight. Frazier is going to give him hell, but I don't think Frazier could do anything to Bowe that Holyfield couldn't have, and Bowe dealt with Hoyfield. Frazier probably has a better left hook than Holyfield, I'm not sure he has a better anything else.

Plus Frazier is a good bit smaller than Holyfield was even, and Holyfield was giving away a good bit of size and strength to Bowe. The gap would be even wider between Bowe and Frazier.

Bowe definitely would fight on the inside, and give Frazier chances that he shouldn't give him, and could avoid by using his height and reach, but I think Bowe is probably tough enough to stand up to Frazier's best shots.

Peak Frazier was a monster. I think Bowe would get stopped on his feet are taking a sustained beating. Bowe is excellent on the inside, but he doesn't have the feet movement to stay out of the way.

On his best night ever Frazier can be hit and Bowe is too big and strong. Big Daddy by KO inside of 6.

If "Joe Frazier was a Monster" what was Riddick Bowe? A Girl Scout?

Bowe was f*cking huge, and a pretty bad motherf*cker in his own right. He was only knocked down on a few occasions in his career, and was never stopped.

Bowe has many physical advantages here, and in all likelihood takes a punch better to go along with it.

Frazier has the better left hook, and the better body attack, and probably better defense with his head movement. Bowe has the jab, the uppercut, the height and reach, the size and strength.

It's hard to say who has the better chin, but I'd think Bowe has the edge there. Frazier would certainly have the edge in stamina.

It's a bad styles fight on Bowe's behalf.

Frazier would still put up a heckuva fight though, for at least 5 or 6 rounds.

I think Bowe's size strength and resilence eventually gets the better of the much smaller Frazier, and therefore I see Bowe really taking over in rounds 7-9, until he stops Frazier in the 10th round after decking him a couple of times.

Bowe beats him like Foreman did.
Too big, too strong and punches way too hard.

Frazier punched harder than Bowe. Frazier had a good but not great chin. Bowe had a good chin though he didn't take on a lot of big punchers. would have been interesting when they fought inside. Bowe was the rare big man who was good inside. Frazier's big advantage would be defense. Bowe was not hard to hit. He probably is not going to be able to take Frazier punishment for more than 10 rounds.

Frazier was a slow starter. Bowe might be able to stop him early. The longer it goes, the better Frazier's chances become. The middle rounds would probably have been great.
This could go either way.
