I'd pick "Briscoe" to win a hard fought decision victory.

I can imagine Graziano winning long stretches of this fight, but ultimately getting broken down because he just can't crack Bennie Briscoe's hard ass head. Skill wise it'd be about even with Graziano maybe having a slight edge in speed, and punching power, but it'd be offset by Briscoe's superior jab and toughness.

I think Briscoe stops Graziano late in this fight or wins a decision in a War.

Valdez was the only man who knocked Bad Bennie out in their second fight, but Graziano wouldn't be the other fighter who could crack Bad Bennie's iron chin. Also, Graziano would have his moments to nail Briscoe with every bombs in the early rounds, but in the middle rounds, Briscoe would sap Graziano's energy out with great body punching and his powerful jabs as Graziano would gas out. In the eleventh round, Bad Bennie would land a big left hook and right hand to put Graziano out.
