I think Canada has gotten under Trump's skin. He posted multiple times about Canada over the weekend. Thin skinned pedo he is.

The only question here is what it takes for Trump to be committed to a psychiatric ward, permanently.
The grifter knows no shame. Trump gives idiots a bad name. Ad nauseum.

The whole Republican Party is rotten to the core except for one or two. They all suck his little dick and go along with everything and anything he does. It's sickening to see grown men grovel to this demented pedo.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Republicans or Democrats - it makes little difference to me. Both parties have plenty of supporters who are willing to defend their failing leaders simply because they seem to be on their side.Baby Face Finster wrote: ↑03 Sep 2026, 10:12 The whole Republican Party is rotten to the core except for one or two. To avoid misunderstanding, I'm not saying Biden and Trump are equivalent. I'm saying that partisan loyalty exists on both sides, and both Biden and Trump retained substantial support despite serious concerns about their age, judgment, and performance.hhaehre wrote: ↑03 Sep 2026, 14:54This isn't equal, not even close.greg wrote: ↑03 Sep 2026, 10:34Republicans or Democrats - it makes little difference to me. Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
We do have to be careful how we phrase things.
When people say things like "Politicians are bad people" or The Media is terrible" it helps those who are the worst offenders... i.e. Trump and his lackeys.
In this case, Biden was able to continue with his duties. He was not randomly doing and saying terrible things day after day.

Biden was also forced out when he was no longer fit to run. Did it happen too late? Sure, but the key point here is that it did happen. I can honestly not think of anything Trump could do that would lead his own party to impeach him or his own cabinet to invoke the 25th. Not one thing.Ambling Alp II wrote: ↑03 Sep 2026, 15:34 We do have to be careful how we phrase things.

Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
The difference is that there were a lot of Democrats calling for Biden to step down after his disastrous debate where he was showing some signs of cognitive impairment, but we have never heard one single Republican ever saying the same of Trump no matter what he has said or done. Huge difference.
One party had a lot of its members calling for its leader to step down while the other party has everyone in silence and brown nosing their leader.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
When Biden dropped out, it wasn't because everyday voters suddenly changed their minds. Party leaders and donors stepped in simply because they panicked about losing. Right up until that happened, plenty of regular Democrats were defending him and making excuses for his age.Baby Face Finster wrote: ↑04 Sep 2026, 06:47The difference is that there were a lot of Democrats calling for Biden to step down after his disastrous debate where he was showing some signs of cognitive impairment, but we have never heard one single Republican ever saying the same of Trump no matter what he has said or done. My point was just about how regular voters act. Most people will stick with their team and leader no matter what, just to keep the other side out. At the end of the day, regular voters on both sides still show the same partisan loyalty. It’s not something unique to the US.... it's typical behavior in political systems around the globe.

Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Biden bowed out just a few days after the debate. Trump never would have done that. People seem to forget how unhinged Trump was at the first Trump-Biden debate back in 2020. There were crickets from the Republicans, except for the ones who actually claimed that Trump won that debate.
But the Republicans will never jump to stop Trump. Even now, he is hurting some congressman's chances at the mid-terms and nobody will do anything.
The Democratic Party is far from perfect. But there is some standards. If a Democratic President would have started the Iranian War, there would have been hell to pay from his own party.
And they would not have rubber stamped completely unqualified nominees like Kennedy, Hegseth, etc.

I get your point, but you're talking about party bosses while I'm talking about regular voters.
The two parties operate differently at the top, sure. But on the ground, everyday voters act the same way. Most people will defend "their guy" no matter what, simply to keep the other side out of power. That kind of tribal loyalty exists in both parties.
Courtesy of AI
"If you want proof on the Democratic side, just look at the 2024 primary data. For months before the debate, major polls showed over 55% of registered Democrats actively defended Biden’s mental fitness, and over 85% voted for him in the primaries despite obvious warning signs. When the Hur report came out in February highlighting his memory issues, regular supporters dismissed it as a partisan hit job and made excuses about his stutter or ageist media coverage."
End of quote.
Regular voters defended him right up until the June debate made it indefensible, at which point party bosses stepped in to do damage control. That proves my point: party elites made a strategic move, but the voter base acted with the exact same tribal loyalty.
But what do I know, I am just an observer from the outside.

There's no Biden cult. A sizeable number of Trump cultists are ok with pedophiles now. They have embraced the Iran war and think that high gas prices are actually awesome. That's quite different from toeing the party line and supporting a demented Democrat over a demented Republican.

Fair point: there’s no Biden cult. And you're right, for most Democrats, it was just about toeing the party line to stop the opposition.
But that’s actually my point. Toeing the party line and ignoring obvious warning signs during the primaries still had massive consequences. That refusal to face reality early on killed a real primary contest, wasted critical time, and left the party stuck with no good options in the end.
So no, it wasn't a cult. But voters on the ground putting party loyalty over reality backfired just as hard.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Ironically the democrats lost large swathes of the Muslim vote to Trump over their ties to Israel and inaction in Gaza.
Subsequently he has lost all of that Muslim vote
Subsequently he has lost all of that Muslim vote
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
Any Muslim or pro Muslim who voted for trump because of Gaza got exactly what they deserved. Life is hard. it's even harder if you are extremely stupid.
Re: The Turd In Chief Is At It Again!
It was a massive issue with young voters too. I believe it was young liberal activists who originally coined the name Genocide Joe. TikTok had very quickly become the most popular social media app in the world, and young Americans were witnessing in real time the genocide through live streams from Palestinians.
Its around that period when a lot of fear mongering around China also amplified. Chinese spyware hysteria, the forced sale of tiktok, the huawei ban.... that "spy balloon" over Alaska they sent a fighter jet to shoot down

Can you explain why you called Biden "Genocide Joe"?Coco wrote: ↑Yesterday, 07:29But under Genocide Joe, would Gaza have been any different for the Palestinians?conan_the_cribber wrote: ↑Yesterday, 06:47Anybody who voted for Trump, except for the billionaires, got exactly what they deserved.

Sorry, I'm trying to take you seriously. But if you're not being serious, then just let me off the hook. It's just too much trouble establishing and remembering who here is a piss-taker and who is being serious with such comments.Coco wrote: ↑Yesterday, 08:40Well Joe is his first name, the genocide bit is self explanatory
