There are too many weird variables in this fight to make a proper prediction. The sensible bet is Ryan Garcia by stoppage.

I'm going Conor Benn by late, probably controversial, stoppage, while behind on points.
I think you’ll make more money betting on what the most profitable outcome is, rather than the most likely

Agree with the too many variables to really predict. Both are good, I suspect garcia is very good, but it's so hard to know with failed tests and lesser efforts since...

I think a tank would ko benn, a Shakur would 120 -108 him, but I can't really figure out how garcia will match up with him stylistically, I imagine benn will try press forwards? Are Garcia's counters sharp enough to stop that?(tank) Or will his boxing be sharp enough to neutralise that?(shakur) ..

Great odds that would return the most money are usually that way for a reason: it's unlikely to happen and if you bet on it you'll lose your money.

I'm not a gambler anyway.

I've heard of UFC fighters putting on 20lbs after weigh-ins but haven't really known it in boxing.

I thought Benn looked pretty good on the scales and seemed to have plenty of energy. I think Benn has learned a lot from Eubank Jnr who was very good at the self-promotion and mind games in the build-up to both of their fights. It's all good for the clicks and comments, isn't it?

Just switched it on and it’s Smith commentating :brick:

In this day and age I’d be surprised if DAZN had splurged money on flights and hotels for Smith, Jones and Carl. So rather than have them holed up in a small room on an industrial park in the middle of the night commentating on the action on a tv screen why not just take the American feed ?

Are they really actual people posting in the DAZN FanZone chat sidebar?!

They have to be bots, surely?

We're never getting rid of the c*nt. They're determined to shove his useless commentary down our ears forever. I haven't got to the stage of muting him yet but there's plenty of time.

Yeah, he might look vulnerable when something's coming back, like Torrez. Might start sleeping in a racing car.

Bellew, who probably hadn't heard of Vanhouter before he entered the studio tonight, blithely implies that he's juicing

Shame he wasn't so vocal when his little buddy Conor twice tested positive for an illegal substance

Gotta love Jai's attitude, having absolutely none of it when Mikaelian wanted to touch gloves. He's a stone cold killer

According to Boxrec fans, Mikaelian has never lost a bout. They have him clearly winning all three of his losses.

Opetia is a modern day beast, really respectful to his opponent too.

He should be a massive star in the sport, but it doesn't seem like he gets the exposure he deserves.

Who knows.

Shades of Kovalev v Stevenson, two dominant guys who walked through everyone else for a while but whom boxing politics kept apart

Clueless cornerman, total accident and made the right call with the stoppage.

Is it the camera angle or is Benavidez much bigger than Jai ?
