Has scores as 76-76, 77-77, 77-75. This should be a majority draw, but recorded as a loss - majority decision for Rios.

Also scores should show mirrored, which seems like a bug (I've seen multiple pages where it's the case).

I don't know this specific instance but all commissions / commissioners have their own rules regarding decisions, there is no universal rule-set.

Another fight in the same year (2011-03-18) under the same commission (Pennsylvania Athletic Commission) has a 39-35 / 37-37 / 37-37 fight as a majority draw.

So the 2011-08-12 one is likely a mistake rather than a rule difference.
