Look within your own heart, you’ll find some bigotry there.

I don’t hate anyone, unless you want to impose your beliefs and religion on others.

If you call for Sharia law to be the law of the land then yeah I will hate you.

You are lying again.

1) I'm not pro Sharia Law

2) I have the same opinion as the New Testament on gays, it's between them and God, and none of my business. I don't believe we should "clamp down" on them or kill them, as it commands in the Hadith and the Jewish Torah (Leviticus 20:13).

3) Historically, Jews were often safer in Muslim countries than in some European countries, before the Nakba and the massacres (such as Deir Yassin) and ethnic cleansing in 1947 and 1948.

I have no issues with Muslim people generally speaking. In my experience they can be a tad abrasive, but I think that's because they're unfamiliar with the culture and are just trying their best to not feel out of place.

I've gotten many Uber rides from Muslim drivers. They're usually alright. I've had a few dickheads though. I remember I was a little worried when somebody I was with mentioned their Jewish heritage and the driver kinda responded with a groan

There's a reason why islamic countries are the worst, most oppressive countries in the world, and the ones most likely to descend into war, and the only gdp they produce is the oil they find. A scourge on planet earth. If there's other intelligent life in the Universe they'd look at what our civilization could be, then kill themselves laughing at us because a couple of billion idiots would rather wrap their wives up in towels and kill each other over the cave-dwelling paedo warlord they worship.

I would not care for Islam dominating my country, but for that matter I don't care for Christianity dominating my Country either. You can live your life in spite of it, but it's oppressive. Certainly where I'm from.

No one should embrace them into their countries if their views don't align with that of the country or they want to turn their host country into a mirror image of the country they fled. Everywhere Muslims go conflict arises. Conflict with Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus and all sorts of Animistic religions. They are so emotionally fragile that they can't cope or accept that there are other humans who don't believe in what they believe.

If the Constitution of the country allows for that then yes. There should be no favouritism of one religion over another. Having said that, if they have a Mosque they shouldn't be praying in public blocking streets and no calls to prayer should be allowed if it exceeds ordinance noise levels.

Wish that were true here. I am two blocks from a Catholic church and the drunken priests ring the effing bells at odd hours, day or night

That's not right also. Bells going off after 10 pm unless it's a religious day like Christmas or Easter is also wrong. They should definitely be limited. Going off everyday.....FUCK OFF!!!!

What a lazy opinion. How come every time there's a discussion on islam folk want to throw Christianity in with it?

Islam is a barbaric religion, Christianity is much better.

Lazy and miles off the mark. Jesus > Prophet Muhammad. You can also draw pictures of Jesus, that's a big plus point.

Jesus is associated with love and forgiveness.
Muhammad is associated with fear and violence.

Pretty hard to deny that.

I think you're reading something into my comment that isn't there. I never said Islam and Christianity are the same. I said I don't want religious institutions in my neighbourhood—churches, mosques or otherwise. That's all.

Yes, Mohammad waged wars of conquest during his later years, and married a little girl. Some of the areas taken in Arabia such as the Ghassanid kingdom had been predominantly Christian, and Yemen had a Jewish royal family.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghassanid ... ce_Map.png

The Byzantines and Sassanids were exhausted with their resources depleted (many fighting age men dead or disabled) after a decades-long, evenly-matched war and both were vulnerable at that time. If they hadn't had that long war with each other, they probably would have done better against Mohammad's successor, Abu Bakr.

Mohammad does not have the same status in Islam as Jesus has in Christianity. In Islam, Mohammad is considered a prophet, just a man, like Moses, Jeremiah, and the previously mentioned Samuel. Muslims also consider Jesus to be a prophet. Muslims do not pray to Mohammad, nor do they consider him to be a supernatural being. They believe there is no God but Allah.

I don’t understand why the right wing are bringing Christianity into the argument against Islam. Most I know are not religious in the slightest but I see a lot of these right wingers now wearing the cross round their neck and saying they are on their way to church., it’s laughable.

Honesty goes further than bullshit and we should just say it how it is. I don’t want the demographic of my country to change into one that resembles the Middle East. Islam is a backwards religion which praises a nonce who in their right mind wants that in our country.

And Christianity is not? America's purpose in going to war with the middle east is based on religious beliefs. You don't see them going after Russia or China who is a threat to their capitalist beliefs.
