If a boxer is knocked out of the ring onto the arena floor...
In Nevada, he may be helped back into the ring by anyone EXCEPT for his seconds and manager. The Nevada commission rules don't explain why. Does anyone here know the reason ?

Maybe there’s no particular reason. And that just the rules.
