Kostya Tszyu vs Hector Lopez

Zab Judah vs Jan Piet Bergman

[gilgamesh]

Kostya Tszyu vs Angel Hernandez

A weird occurrence in this fight where the Referee actually gets cut from an Accidental headbutt when stepping in to break up the 2 fighters. I've never seen that before.

Kostya Tszyu vs Leonardo Mas

Tszyu is robbed of another title defense and knockout victory with this fight. He stopped Mas legitimately. It's ruled as a No Contest for reasons I'm not real clear on. This may be officially a No Contest, but it's not one. Tszyu beat this guy. Mas quit.

Clinton Woods vs Rico Hoye

Adrian Diaconu vs Rico Hoye

[gilgamesh]

Pernell Whitaker vs Poli Diaz

This fight is kinda a brawl in the early going, and then settles into a Pernell Whitaker clinic. Good fight though. Fun one.

Rico Hoye vs Montell Griffin

I thought Griffin got jobbed in that one. What did you think?

[gilgamesh]

Wilfredo Gomez vs Derrik Holmes

You'd never see an ass kicking this bad in the modern era. Holmes is dropped 8 times! 5 times in Round 4. Amazing it wasn't stopped on 5 knockdowns in a round even in that era to be honest.

Wilfredo Gomez vs Carlos Zarate

The Greatest win in Gomez's career in my opinion. Zarate is one of the all time great Bantamweight Champions, but he's overwhelmed by the strength and precision of Gomez's right hands.
