Olaniyan looks like a good prospect and at such a young age. I hope they keep this once a month pace for the next 2 years. Then move him up to real competition.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 12:53Olaniyan is a real talent and still developing he’s going to be huge. Garber won’t be fighting for at least 28 days after this. He’s a tough bugger for taking the fight.JamesPhilips wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 12:06I also want to watch Olaniyan. He will surely stop Garber but Garber gives it a go, and I think Olaniyan may well end up the best heavy prospect out therejameswilson wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 12:02
Yeah that and the Gomez jr fight are the only ones I find interesting but we will see.

Yeah but after the Itauma defeat I think they’ll take him slowly. It will be frustrating for the fans but I would do the same if I was promoting him.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 14:07Me too matetiny_acres wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 14:05Olaniyan looks like a good prospect and at such a young age. Thai takeaway on the way.
Couple of diet cokes.
Some Jaffa cakes and mini cheddars for snacks.
Sat in front of the big 49 inch tv.
A nice Saturday night ahead.

Tony Curtis Jnr is absolute garbage. Not sure why RJJ is investing time into him. All the fluffy boots n trunks crap yet the basic skill of keeping your chin down has gone AWOL. He is a KO waiting to happen when he gets in with a mediocre puncher.
Simply not physically right to be a high level pro boxer. Reminds me of a Temu Martin Concepción

Just gone and looked at his boxrec profile and his photo looks like it was taken when he was 11 years old?rhino222 wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 14:38 Tony Curtis Jnr is absolute garbage. They’re definitely paying Jones just to turn up on the night. Curtis is terrible. No way Jones doesn’t realise he’s poor. Honestly it frazzles the brain that anyone who knows anything about boxing would invest in himrhino222 wrote: ↑17 Oct 2026, 14:38 Tony Curtis Jnr is absolute garbage. Go through the gears Jalov, I need this card to hurry up.
Re: Round-by-Round: Daniel Dubois vs. Fabio Wardley II | DAZN - 17 October 2026
He boxes like he knows he doesn't need to put in 100% because he's that much better than his opponents. He could probably outbox just about anyone in the division but a lot of them won't be scared to face him because their punches will come with more intent and carry more risks.

Despite my less than complementary appraisal of Jalalov’s abilities, I do have to take back my previous comments re Jalalov v Itauma, given what is now known about Moses’ gas tank.
I would welcome the match up now.
Re: Round-by-Round: Daniel Dubois vs. Fabio Wardley II | DAZN - 17 October 2026
Initially I thought this was a risky fight for Dacres. Now I think, actually he is a boring heavyweight and has no charisma or power. Looks a little small for a HW, and not sure he's got what it takes to be a world beater. So in conclusion not a risky fight for him at all

Nice little knock down, not heavy but not nothing… then fornicate all…
Re: Round-by-Round: Daniel Dubois vs. Fabio Wardley II | DAZN - 17 October 2026
I think Leo Atang v Dacres is a good match up for Leo to stop him inside 2 rounds.

Dacres mostly looking like he just wants to go the distance.
With Jalalov throwing about 15 punches per round, that will likely happen.
