Anyone else got the cheap Calzaghe tickets from fw.tv?

theres an offer on, sign up to the website for £30 and get 2x £50 tickets for tomorrows fight.

BUT, in order to claim the tickets at the box office, you need to produce an email with a 'welcome to fw.tv' message and your user details...but they haven't sent me one! And their support is non-responsive!

Anyone successfully signed up for the offer, or having the same problem as me?
