This fight is for the WBO lightweight and althoough i don't know much about Earl should be a really interesting fight.
Katsides is a power puncher but has good over all skills and can box well. He has big power in both hands and usaully is relentless once he has his opponents hurt, cant say much about Earl as i don't know much but he had better have a good chin else it might be an early night.
Earl does have a good chin, and if he shows the same heart and desire as he did against Yuri Romanov - where most people were writing him off - this could be one of the fights of the year.

Thats good, I want to see Katsides tested and either way whoever wins deserves the belt.
