From this side of the pond, it sounded like it was just one big incident being dragged out, but over the past month or so, it seems like he's been arrested on 3 separate occasions? Am I right or way off base with that?

Nope unfortunately you are right on base. Basically he is a pisshead that snorts coke, then picks fights with people. No doubt he'll pick on someone one day that doesn't give a f,uck about the Marquiss of Queensbury or his rules and get stabbed or worse. Then he will scream like a stuck pig about fairness.
