According to the database, he hasn't hit 126 once in his career?

When he fights for a junior title or the world title, he will fight at featherweight. Until then he will fight within 2 pounds of the featherweight diviision. There is no reason to squeeze either Jason or his opponent down if there is no title on the line.

If I wanted him to fight at super featherweight then he would be fighting at 130 lbs and not at 128 or lower as he has in his last 6 10-round fights.

Bob - the short answer is he'll be listed at Super Featherweight until he makes 126.

The long answer has been discussed many, many times on this board and has to do with some fundamental disagreements amongst the editors about how to weight-classify fighters. However, since Litzau previously fought as a Super Featherweight and hasn't yet made 126, I doubt there will be much controversy about his current rating.
