With title class boxers, wouldn't it be simpler to rate them as they weight of their last title bout, unless they have specifically moved up in weight. Too many boxers seem to be rated in the division above theirs simply because they had an overweight non-title match between title fights - something that is normal practice. Take Willie Limond, for example. In his last three contests he won the Commonwealth lightweight title and defended a title at super-featherweight, yet he is rated as a welterweight!
