Place nsvdec_x264.dll (be sure to unzip it first) in your Winamp\Plugins folder, and then install ffdshow and set it to handle H.264 in: start > programs > ffdshow > video decoder config > codecs page > h.264 > change from 'disabled' to 'libavcodec'.
