well, i am a big fan of Mohammed ali....even though he is no more active, but i am badly looking for his last few fights , specially the ones he lost...
if anybody has any clue where i can find it or if anybody can upload it, i will be very much thankfull to that person..

No, unfortunately for Ali, he was able to hang in there for 10 rounds against Holmes. He lost every one of them and looked bad in doing it. I don't even think Holmes wanted the fight to go past about the fifth round.
At the end of 10, Ali's corner stopped the fight.
The Berbick fight took place about a year later. Ali went the distance (10 rounds) in that one. Berbick, of course, wasn't worth a damn and Ali actually won some rounds; you can easily score this fight as close as 6-4 for Berbick. Luckily, the judges scored it honestly, and saved Ali from getting beat up in another title shot.
There's actually a video of that fight available in several places online, along with footage from the days leading up to it. You can already tell that Ali's health is poor, and this was in 1981.

I GIVE ALL THE CREDIT IN THE WORLD FOR ALI FOR NOT GOING DOWN LIKE SOME CHAMPS , TYSON OR LEWIS DID, EVEN THOUGH HE LOOKED VERY UPNORMAL, STILL HE FOUGHT LIKE A LYON AND NEVER GOT DROP BY THOESE HEAVY PUNCHES....LONG LIFE ALI :(

You can easily score it 6-4, if you watch with your eyes closed and the sound down. However the correct score is roughly 10-0 for Berbick.
Berbick was a two-time Canadian heavyweight champion, Commonwealth champion, USBA champion, and WBC world champion, and fought 10 world champions. Although "he wasn't worth a damn" apparently....
Although he won't be remembered as a good world champ, Berbeck was a top 10 heavyweight fighter for many years.
Though he will be mainly rememberd for his loss to Tyson where he fell 3 times from one punch- and Iron Mike became the youngest champ of all time!
Calling fighters like Berbeck worthless is harsh though... like Frank Bruno, Bonecrusher Smith, Tim Witherspoon et al he was more of a B grade fighter who became a transistional champion
Maybe I was a little harsh on Berbick. I can't stand guys who have all that ability and waste it. He could have been much, much more than he was.
I know the man's dead now and I hate to bag on him any more, but he was IMO the worst underachiever of that era.
Ali must have been wishing he was 10 years younger when he fought Berbick. You can see at times in the fight where he's trying to pull the trigger and his body just can't respond.

Personally I think Berbick overacheived if anything. He wasn't particularly great at any one thing, just strong and durable with decent power.
There were far more naturally talented guys than him, to his credit he was a fixture in the top 10 for most of the decade.
I dont really see how Berbick was an underacheiver, he beat Page, Thomas, Tate, and was the first guy to take Holmes 15 after the Norton fight... he had far less natural talent than Dokes, Page and Witherspoon but arguably acheived more than all those three during his career....
Berbick might of had less technical skill than most the others (a very solid era for pure technical skills), but he had far more fitness, survival instincts, cunning and durability than most the others too.

Didn't Holmes say he wanted to cry because of the way his hero was losing to himself...that fight was bad, It should never have taken place.
