I can't believe that Harrison is back over here to stink out the Excel arena again & worse still, that he is fighting Burger King's favourite customer, Danny Williams!
For someone who doesn't care you don't half spend a lot of time commenting on it Syntax. Like a little boy who pulls the hair of the girl he likes I feel you deep down have feelings for Audley and will be cheering him on in this one, you won't be able to help yourself
:P
Yes this fight is beginning to make sense. I can see Aud and Danny fighting out an inoffensive draw and throwing sweets out into the audience in a reverse nobbins situation.
For either man to regain credibility IMO an early KO would have to happen - Chances are it will go the distance with either one of of them getting the decision in a totally boring fight - That wouldnt be good for whoever won - If Harrison was to show a bit of bravery and KO williams early I think he might just get back a bit of respect - If it was to go the other way with Harrison showing no heart and Williams getting the KO, Williams wouldnt get a lot of credit for beating an opponent who never really made it at the British level - This has to be Harrisons last chance and a fight he must win, and win well or its game over for him. He has been in training longer so he has the advantage - Nailing an exhausted Williams late on in the fight wont prove a great deal so he has to aim for an early stoppage and look good doing it.
Coming in at short notice who knows what sort of weight, physical and mental state Danny will be in on Saturday. I think his best chance is for the first few rounds really go for broke. He may even stop Harrison early but at worst he may land enough hard punches on Harrison to force the Olympic champion into his shell.
Otherwise Harrison may just pick and poke his way to a points victory. The latter is what my 'gut' feeling is at this moment in time anyway.
