British LINEAL world champions

Post by jimglen »

has anybody got a list of:

1) British LINEAL world champions
2) title claimants and
3) HOFers

I know it shouldn't be to hard to compile... BUT I'm affraid in the process I might 'miss' some of the Old-timers & Pioneers.

We're bound to get more HOFamers from recent years - Lennox LEwis, Naseem Hamed, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Joe Calazage, Ricky Hatton possibly will all make it.

The only two from recent times to win Lineal acclaim in the ring are Lennox Lewis & Ricky Hatton, with Naseem Hamed also getting inclusion not by beating a reigning-linear-champ, but by cleaning out the division.

Any others will need looking into.

best wishes

I believe so, by vertue of his win over Eloy Rojas who was lineal champion at the time.
