2005 Superheavyweight Golden Gloves Champion Greg Corbin has been sentenced to 8 years in federal prison for his role in a drug ring.

He definitely won't be boxing anytime soon. It is a shame when some of our promising amateurs go to prison.

He can keep company with Marshall Martinez, Ricardo Williams, Ron Siler, Mark Davis and Mike Evans. Total talent - no brains.

Unfortunately, some of our most talented guys are not given the life skills (or they ignore them) needed to succeed outside of the ring.
