VIPBoxing News.... Jamie Moore in freak accident

Post by Stegsie »

LAST 2006 VIP GOSSIP

JAMIE MOORE - Spent Christmas Day in Bolton Hospital when playing with young son Mikey on the floor, he had a freak accident and suffered a partially torn knee ligament. This will mean that he will now miss the 9th February show in Leeds , but will be ready in March to box at home in Manchester, on a show which will also include the British flyweight title.

MARK THOMPSON - Will be trying to make it 10-0 on the 9th February when he should be well supported as Leeds is only a 45 minute drive from his hometown of Heywood.

STUART McFADGEN - Also boxes on the show at Leeds where he looks to go to 4-0 and should also take his travelling army with Colne again being under an hour to travel.

CHRIS P BACON - Tops the next VIP show on the 25th February 2007 at the G Carnell LC in a central Area contest against former British Title challenger Tony Moran from Liverpool. The full supporting bill will be announced in the new year.

BEST WISHES TO EVERYONE FOR 2007

which knee ligament is torn. torn knee ligaments take between 6 (medial and lateral collateral) weeks and 6 (anterior/posterior cruciates) months to mend. how can he fight in march ??

unless you mean he has suffered a strained medial or lateral collateral.
