Fulgencio Obelmejias

An undated 1982 fight between him and Michael Herron in Caracas appears on both fighters' record in RRB 1983. (KO1 on Obelmejias'; KO by 2 on Herron's record).
Can anyone confirm this fight?

Neither Pugilato, nor Schiavone's record book has the fight.

The CBZ does not have that fight, nor does Venezolanos en el Ring, the Venezuelan record book.
