Correction to decision for Earl Allen

Just wanted to alert you to a correction on the record of Earl Allen of South Carolina. Last month the Georgia commission noted that since it was an accidental headbutt that ended Allen's Aug. 2002 bout against Homer Gibbins, Jr., and the bout ended when Gibbins did not come out at the beginning ot the 5th, four rounds had been completed and so they should have gone to the cards. On the basis of the cards, on July 7, 2003, the Georgia commission ruled Allen the victor of the bout on Technical Decision, "W-TD-4".
